How to make a cable between MMDVM and Motorola for DMR Repeater

I ordered a MMDVM PCB for my DMR repeater from WintersCN BI7JTA in China. The cable which he sends with the MMDVM is quite bulky. So I decided to make my own Motorola cable. I upload the diagram so maybe it will help anybody who wants to make own cable for DMR repeater.

Computer Audio Connectors and Plastic Plug
One hole is blanked, so needs drilling through 1mm thick wall
Plug with a heat shrink tube and plastic hot glue, which makes the plug strong.
Complete cable with 12V plug for “ignition wake up”. Only “plus” is connected, negative is connected to nothing 🙂
