A few days ago on internet I found information about Hickling Broad NNR (National Nature Reserve). I was really surprised when I realised that the reserve is about 5 minutes of driving from my work (at Trend Marine). I didn’t let me wait too long and on last last Friday I went down there to see what there is to be seen. Unfortunately it was a very quiet and almost dead place. During almost two hours of walking I found only a few crows, ravens, seagulls and an almost a mile away I saw marsh harrier but it was too far to take a sensible picture.
On the end of my walk I sat down near the reception and I took a few nice photos near a bird feeder:
